Eeek! A snake!

To my surprise yesterday morning, I saw this snake dining on an innocent frog. I was not expecting to see a snake in Indiana...well, at least not in our yard! I'm terrified of snakes! Luckily, our neighbor confirmed it was a garter snake and was completely harmless. If only that snake would take care of our mouse problem! Here are a couple of pics (yuck!):
